Minimum Stay: Two night minimum stay except for summer and holidays. One-week minimum stay from Saturday June 28, 2008 to Saturday August 30, 2008. Three night minimum on holidays.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy in Summer Season: Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival date, or if we can rent to another party. All cancellations are subject to a $35.00 processing fee. No refunds for early departure. Cancellation Policy in all other seasons: Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date, or if we can rent to another party.
