Enjoy the sunsets overlooking Bald Mountain on Rangeley Lake from the comfort of your own deck. This home is located in a nature reserve which affords itself to excellent wildlife viewing. The camp has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and a Jacuzzi to soak in after a long day of hiking or snowmobiling. This year round home is on the Northern Shore of Rangeley Lake and comes fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Home has satellite TV with DVD and VHS along with TV and VHS in a bedroom. There is also a stereo with receiver and CD player for your enjoyment. Enjoy the quiet at this outstanding home that is out of the way but convenient to both Oquossoc and Rangeley Center. Peak Season: Nightly: $275., Weekly: $1,750. to $1,850.
Off Season: Nightly: $250., Weekly: $1,000. to $1,100.

Check-In/Check Out: 3 pm Check-In with 10:30 am Check-Out Times

Minimum Stay: There is a 4 night minimum during peak seasons.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits: 50% Deposit upon Booking. A $200 security deposit is requested.

Other Fees: Rental Rates: June through September: $1,850. per week or $275. per day October & November: $1,100. per week or $250. per day December through March: $1,750. per week or $275. per day April & May: $1,000. per week or $250. per day Accommodations are for 4 (additional charges per person beyond 4). 7% Maine State Sales Tax not included in above rates.
