Five rustic, year-round, private, lakeside cabins conveniently located on Route 4, one mile south from Rangeley Village. All cabins have fireplaces/woodstoves, large open porches with Adirondack chairs, and all modern conveniences including cable TV, full kitchens (including microwaves), hot water showers and monitor heating. Dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, linens and towels are provided. Gorgeous sunsets! Canoe and kayaks are available for your use-free of charge. Enjoy the outside with picnic tables, an outside fireplace and shallow beach. Ample docking for small boats. You will find privacy here nestled among Maine's birches, cedars, pines and well off the road. Fish for salmon and trout along Greenvale Bar or snowmobile from your porch steps. We are located 1/2 mile to the access road to Saddleback Ski area, or snowmobile from your doorstep (accesss to 150 miles of trails). Cross country ski from your cottage to the village of Rangeley for lunch or in the summer treat yourself to a round of golf at the nearby golf course, swim off our dock, or hike the Appalachian Trail located nearby.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cash, certified checks or traveler's checks are accepted. We also accept Visa and MasterCard.

Check-In/Check Out: Check In 3:00 pm, Check Out 10:00 am

Minimum Stay: Reservations made in advance require a two night minimum stay. July and August, weekly rentals only (Saturday - Saturday)

Cancellation Policy: Deposit minus $25 cancellation fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received 30 days before arrival. No refunds on early departures.

Deposits: Deposit of 50% required for all reservation.

Other Fees: Full balance and 7% Maine sales tax is due upon arrival.
