Our two bedroom Rangeley lakefront cottages have fireplaces, wall to wall carpeting, 4 double beds (2 in each bedroom), full bath, telephone and cable color TV. They are rented fully equipped with all necessary dishes and utensils, including automatic coffee makers, dishwashers and microwaves. Playground, sandy beach. Boat rentals. Complimentary canoe rental to guests.
Our location directly on Rangeley Lake is at the edge of the village, within easy walking distance of restaurants, retail shops, churches and the local movie theatre. You and your family will enjoy a private uncrowded beach, boat launch, and slips, Cedar Works swing set (also with a lake view), outdoor fireplaces, canoe and kayaks! Also nearby are public tennis courts, two scenic 18 hole golf courses, skate board park, and miles of marked and well maintained hiking and biking trails plus a fantastic cross-country ski trail facility nearby, 150 miles of scenic ITS snowmobile trails groomed by the #1 snowmobile club in the State,which can be accessed from your back door!
Rental Rates/Rental Policy: Peak Season: Nightly: $175. to $225., Weekly: $1,050.; Payment Options: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover; Check-in time: 3 p.m.; Cancellation Policy: 30 day prior cancellations notice on all cottage reservations. No refunds on early departure unless re-rented and a $25.00 processing fee is charged for all returned deposits.; Deposits: Advance deposit check within 10 days is required on all reservations - deductible at the end of the scheduled stay.; Other Fees: Rates include daily linen service. Standard Weekends Rates (up to 4): $225 per Night Standard Midweek Rates (up to 4): $175 per Night Each Additional Person $10 per Day Weekly Rates: $1,050.
