Rental Policy: Payment Options: Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards; Check-In/Check Out: Check-in 3 PM, Check-out 10 AM; Minimum Stay: *Weekly rentals only for July and August, (Saturday - Saturday).; Deposits: We require one-half deposit on all reservations. We are sorry but the deposit is not refunded unless the cottage is re-rented.; Other Fees: No refund on early departures. All other advanced reservations require a minimum two night stay.
