Four private, rustic camps on Mooselookmeguntic Lake. Small cabins are one or two bedroom and are simple in nature. With no telephones or televisions, there are no distractions from the serenity that surrounds us. Each cabin has the comfort of showers, heat and linens. Clearwater Camps are situated along 450 feet of Mooselookmeguntic waterfront which enjoys a southwest exposure. Boat launch, dock space, brivate beach, and boats, canoes and kayaks available for guest's use on the premises. Ice-Out to November.
Registered Maine Guides Michael and Kyle Warren on the premises. Specializing in fly fishing instruction and trips. Landlock Salmon and Brook Trout are the indigenous species that live in our clean mountain waters. We will pursue them with the fly on rivers and ponds and trolling with light to medium weight tackle on the lakes. During the fall season we offer guided upland bird and deer hunts. Upland bird hunting for our native ruffed grouse and woodcock is as enjoyable and tough as it gets. We will follow my Wirehair Pointers to find the birds and hold them fast on point until we position ourselves for the shot. Don't kid yourself, it's lots of walking and challenging shooting!
