Maine Vacation Rental Rates and Rental Policy Information

Rental Rate Details: Nightly: $150.00, Weekly: $900.00, Monthly: $950.00 Plus Utilities. Other Fees: All rates are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging Tax.

Rental Policy: Payment Options: All Major Credit Cards; Check In: Anytime between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., Check Out: 10 a.m.; Minimum Stay: 2 Nights; Cancellation Policy: In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If written notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. If the property is not re-rented, NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. If the property is re-rented, all monies received, less a $30 processing fee will be refunded. NO CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN FOR LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE.; Deposits: One half (50%) of the total amounts due must be paid upon reservation. The remaining one-half is due no later than thirty days from the commencment date of the lease. All payments shall be mailed or otherwise delivered to Rangeley Vacation Rentals.
