Beautiful "Sea Smoke" Cottage is located on the Damariscotta River in East Boothbay, Maine.  It is located on a hill overlooking the River and adjacent to Bigelow Labs for Oceanigraphic Studies, which is in th3 process of being built.  Sea Smoke Cottage has its' own 70' dock, and is very near boat and kayak rentals.

The cottage itself has a large deck with seating, table, chairs and umbrella, as well as a fire pit and bar-b-que. A large Whisteria vine winds thru the railings.  Inside there is a bright and airy livingroom, with pull out queen sofa, a well equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, and a oversized bedroom with king sized bed and walk in closet.  Of course, all linins are provided.  The bath has a tub and a shower.  There is an entertainment loft, with game table, TV, DVD player, books and games.

The washer/ dryer is located in the two car garage on the main floor. Once on route 27 from route 1, drive 10 miles to first traffic light. Turn left onto rt 96 which is Ocean Point Road, and travel 2.2 miles to School Street on Left. Turn onto School St and go to the first right which is Green Landing Road. Take Green Landing Road around cemetery to the very end. Sea Smoke Cottage starts where road ends.
